Workspace roles
Workspace roles define what a user can do inside a shared workspace. Common roles include owner, admin, editor, viewer, and billing. The exact available actions may depend on your current Solvra configuration.
Choosing the right role
Give editing access only to users who need to create or change brands, strategies, concepts, or assets. Use viewer access for users who only need to review work. Billing access should be limited to users who manage plans, payments, and token purchases.
Security best practices
Remove users who no longer need access. Avoid sharing one account between multiple people. Each team member should use their own login so activity can be tracked and support can understand who performed an action.
If access looks wrong
If a user cannot see a brand, campaign, or billing area, check their workspace role and whether they are in the correct workspace. If the issue continues, open a support ticket.
