How to switch between workspaces

Use the correct workspace before creating brands, assets, tickets, or purchases.

Why workspace selection matters

Brands, strategies, assets, support tickets, billing activity, and token balances are connected to a workspace. Before creating or purchasing anything, make sure the active workspace is the one you want to use.

Switching context

If your account has access to multiple workspaces, use the workspace switcher or settings menu if available. After switching, check the header or workspace name to confirm the active context.

Common mistake

A common issue is creating a brand or buying tokens in the wrong workspace. If this happens, do not repeat the purchase immediately. Open a support ticket and explain which workspace was intended.

Best practice

Name workspaces clearly and use consistent naming for clients or internal teams. This reduces confusion when moving between projects.
