First checks
AI generation can take longer when the request is complex, includes images, or requires many outputs. First check whether the action is still running in Jobs or Operations. Avoid clicking the same generation button many times while a job is already pending.
Try this
- Wait until the current job changes status.
- Refresh the relevant page and check whether the output appeared.
- If it failed, simplify the request or reduce the number of outputs.
- Make sure the brand has enough required information.
- Check that you have enough tokens for the action.
- If the problem repeats, open a support ticket with the exact action, brand, and error message.
For payment-related or account-specific failures, use a ticket rather than regenerating repeatedly. Support may need to inspect the workspace, token balance, payment record, or job log.
