Troubleshoot asset creation failures

What to check when an asset does not generate, gets stuck, or returns an unexpected result.

Check required context

If asset creation fails or returns a weak result, first check that the required context exists. Make sure a brand is selected, the brand has enough information, the action type is correct, and the selected strategy or visual concept still exists.

Check tokens and account access

Some actions require tokens. If your balance is too low, the generation may not start. Check the top bar or pricing area for your current token balance. If you recently purchased tokens and they do not appear, open a support ticket and include the payment time and account email.

Try a simpler request

If the request is too complex, try generating a smaller asset first. For example, create one ad set before creating a full multi-channel package. You can also simplify your custom prompt and regenerate after the first result appears.

When to open a ticket

Open a ticket if the job stays stuck, the same action fails repeatedly, the asset page shows an error, or the output is missing files that should have been generated. Include the brand name, asset type, error message, and what you were trying to create.
