How to check your token balance and usage

Use the balance indicator and billing area to understand token availability and recent activity.

Where to see your balance

Your available token balance is usually displayed in the application header or billing area. The balance represents the tokens available for the current workspace. If you use more than one workspace, make sure you are viewing the correct workspace.

Usage events

Token usage is recorded when an AI action is completed or charged. This can include strategy generation, visual concept generation, marketing asset creation, regeneration, or other AI-powered operations.

Why the balance may change

The balance can change after purchases, subscription grants, manual adjustments, refunds, or AI usage. If several team members work in the same workspace, their usage may also affect the shared balance.

Investigating unexpected usage

If the balance changes unexpectedly, review recent generation activity and ask other workspace members whether they ran actions. If you still cannot identify the reason, open a support ticket with the workspace name and approximate time of the change.
