Common checks
If a token pack or subscription button does not open PayPal, first make sure you are signed in and that the page has fully loaded. Some browser extensions, pop-up blockers, or cached scripts can interrupt checkout navigation.
- Refresh the Pricing or Tokens page.
- Try the purchase button again.
- Disable aggressive ad blockers or script blockers for the site.
- Try another browser or a private window.
- Make sure the selected package is active and visible.
- If the same issue repeats, open a ticket with the package name and the URL you clicked from.
If PayPal opens but the payment fails, include the PayPal error, time of attempt, and package name in your ticket. Support may need to check provider configuration or the payment record.
