First check the package link
When you click a token pack, Solvra should open the billing checkout flow and then redirect you to PayPal approval. If the same pricing page reloads instead, refresh the page, confirm that you are signed in, and try the button again from the pricing page or the tokens page.
Check your login state
Some purchases require an active account and workspace because the purchased tokens must be assigned to a specific workspace wallet. If you were not signed in when you selected the package, sign in or create an account and return to the package checkout.
When to open a ticket
Open a ticket if PayPal never opens, if you see a package-not-found message, or if the payment was completed but your token balance did not update. Include the package name, the time of the attempt, and the email used for the account.
