Why jobs exist
Some AI actions take longer than a normal page request, especially image generation, large asset batches, or regenerated outputs. Solvra may process these actions as background jobs so you can continue using the app while the work is being completed.
How to track them
- Open Jobs or Operations from the app menu if available.
- Look for the action type, status, creation time, and latest update.
- Refresh the page if a job is still pending or running.
- When completed, return to the relevant asset, concept, or strategy area.
- If failed, review the error message if displayed and try the action again with a simpler prompt.
If a job remains stuck for a long time or repeatedly fails, open a ticket and include the action type, brand, and approximate time you started it.
