How to use them

  1. Open Help Center to search support articles.
  2. Use the Academy for deeper learning and best practices.
  3. Search by feature name, such as tokens, brand, strategy, assets, or visual concepts.
  4. If an article does not answer your account-specific question, ask the technical assistant or open a ticket.

The technical assistant can also use support and academy content as part of its verified knowledge base.
