These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Solvra (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides tools for brand analysis and AI-assisted creation of marketing assets, including (but not limited to) Brand Books, campaign concepts, search ad copy, banner directions, and landing page structures. Outputs are generated based on inputs you provide (e.g., domains, prompts, preferences).

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account access and for all activity under your account.
  • You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation.
  • Upload or submit confidential/sensitive data you do not have the right to share (including personal data of others without lawful basis).
  • Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or bypass security controls.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by introducing malware or abusing rate limits.
  • Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful.

4. Your Content and Inputs

You may submit inputs to the Service (such as domains, prompts, and other information) (“Inputs”). You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to provide the Inputs and allow us to process them to deliver the Service.

Do not submit secrets (passwords, private keys, API secrets), regulated data, or sensitive personal data unless you have a lawful basis and it is strictly necessary.

5. AI Outputs and Your Responsibility

The Service may generate outputs (“Outputs”) using automated systems. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your specific use case. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and ensuring that any Output complies with applicable laws, platform policies (e.g., ad networks), and your brand requirements before use.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our IP

We and our licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, UI, and underlying technology, excluding your Inputs. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

6.2 Your IP

You retain rights in your Inputs. As between you and us, and to the extent permitted by law, you may use Outputs generated for you. However, due to the nature of generative AI, similar outputs may be generated for other users.

7. Tokens, Billing, and Subscriptions

The Service may offer paid features (such as token packs or subscriptions). Pricing, token costs, and plan details may change from time to time. If you purchase tokens or a subscription, you agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Unless otherwise required by law, purchased tokens are non-refundable once used.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google sign-in, payment processors, AI providers). Your use of third-party services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Solvra AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO USE THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or create legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
